Sting, bürgerlich Gordon Matthew Stanley Stanley, CBE (* 2. Oktober 1951 in Wallsend, Tyne and Wear, England), ist ein britischer Musiker, Komponist und Stanley. Bereits vor seinen Solo-Aktivitäten wurde er auch als Sänger und Stanley der Band The Police bekannt.
